Suggest you replace word "Finded" with "Found".

In the example screen shot you show "31 Finded in 6 files", should say instead "31 found in 6 files".

Allow to change from Flat view to expandable Tree view.

In view settings, I have only been able to show Flat view. Need to be able to see the hierarchy of the files.

folder tabs in each pane

In the best explorer replacements, each pane can have 6 or more tabs at the top, one for each user-specified folder, so that switching between folders is fast and effortless. I couldn't find this feature in the program.
