Single click option browsing contents

An option to allow single clicks, especially when browsing the contents of a drive and wanting to return up the tree.
Increasing font size in the options very good, but does not seem to effect the information above the drive contents. I have poor eye sight, and after enlarging the font, I can clearly see drive contents, but the various options above are small.
